Review: AK-Player is a media player protruding through a graphical user interface that takes a modern approach. It provides support for audio, video and image files, such as AVI, WMV, WMA, MP3, JPG and BMP. At initialization, the panel makes an appearance through animation. The media files can be loaded into the workspace or using the file browser or drag and drop functionality. AK-Player unlock the contents of the file in a separate window and allows you to display as many items as you want with a lu c. Support for media control is standard, as you can often find them in most similar programs such as pause or stop river, adjust volume, switch to full-screen mode, zoom, and create playlists. Also, you can change the volume of the world (for all open media in AK-Player), as well as automatic search on your hard drive to identify and offline play streaming video from sites like YouTube (which is stored in the Temporary Internet Files). AK-Player has good response time and use low to moderate amounts of CPU and RAM, so it's not a burden to the system performance. No error dialog has been demonstrated during our assessment, and the application does not hang or crash. All in all, the AK-Player is a great choice for watching online clips hidden, and can be easily handled by all levels of users.
